In the fourth quarter of 2024, the Shoot'em Up category on Android in Ecuador showcased some intriguing trends. According to Sensor Tower data, here’s how the top five games performed.

Survivor.io from Habby saw a varied performance throughout the quarter. Weekly revenue peaked at around $396 in early October and then fluctuated, closing the year at approximately $202. Downloads spiked mid-October at about 2.3K, while active users reached a high of 10.8K in the same period, before settling to around 6K by the end of December.

Metal Slug: Awakening by HaoPlay Limited experienced a steady decline in weekly revenue, starting at $269 and dropping to $166 by the end of December. Downloads followed a similar downward trend initially but rebounded slightly, ending the year with 527 weekly downloads. Active user numbers saw a rise toward the end of the quarter, reaching 2.6K.

SSSnaker, another title from Habby, reported stable active user figures, decreasing slightly from 2.3K to 2.2K. Revenue for SSSnaker saw a significant spike in mid-November, reaching $361, before stabilizing.

Azur Lane by Yostar Limited demonstrated an interesting revenue pattern, with a remarkable increase in late December to $418. Active user numbers, however, declined from 661 to 449 over the quarter.

Lastly, Zombie Waves from Fun Formula had a steady increase in both downloads and active users towards the year's end. Weekly revenue saw fluctuations, closing December at $173.
